Figure out the governance of the org, how the board ceremonies work, how many board members there will be and what they do.
Facilities Security
The building has basically zero security or method to watch for bad actors. At the least we probably need cameras and lights.
Facilities Renovation
Sort out what renovations are needed, prioritize, plan and budget them.
Workshop Equipment and The Code
Sort out what equipment we need, where it will go, and update The Code to include any important behavior rules associated with the equipment.
XBW Dojo Formation & Governance
Sort out the levels and proficiency categories, the ranks and names, the size of the cohort and if there are any prereqs. Various katas and practice work. Required equipment and consumables. Work with the Workshop Quartermaster on what we need. May request additions or modifications to The Code as needed to support the curriculum.

Build Tool Library
Determine where tools will live, how much space we have, and what tools we can accept for donation. Determine how check-out will work.
Tool checkout idea
One idea was to have a small checkout LED for each tool that is toggled with your membership badge. When you take a tool, tap your badge to light up the LED, and your badge will be logged as the person who borrowed the tool. No locks, just honor, and a way to know who took the angle grinder. If a tool is missing without a checkout light, check the security cams for who took it and scold them (or fix the checkout LED if it is flaky). It would be fun to have a low-tech wall screen list of who has what tools based on the checkout.
YT Channel: Workshop Creation Videos
Make a channel and start making videos that showcase the org and workshop. It is hard for this to NOT be interesting, but it should be artsy and not sterile. More Werner Herzog than DIY Network - have fun with it. See if we can find someone interested to provide music. Pol thinks it might be possible to hit up Doomtree since he has been a TTBT patron for years, and this is for a cause that they would support.
